Be sure to remain standing upright for 3-4 hours after your injection, and try not to rub or massage the injection sites. Sleep with your head elevated the night after your session. Vigorous exercise should be avoided for the first 24 hours. Also make sure to avoid direct exposure to the sun, as well as spas, for the first day or so to ensure optimal healing.
